Job Summary
Senior LDA HMIS Development Analyst to design and develop data solutions for HMIS and Health & Human Services applications. Role involves hands-on coding, unit and regression testing, requirements gathering, architecture design, and ensuring change-control compliance. Requires expertise in Snowflake and WellSky environments, data architectures, ETL tools, SQL/T-SQL, UI/data tools, data warehousing, and experience with multiple development and deployment tools. Will lead moderately complex projects, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid telework is available with an office location in Portland, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 3 years of experience in application design and development and deployment processes
- Ability to pass a criminal records check

- Residency in Oregon or Washington
