Job Summary
LCV Technician at Rygor Swindon responsible for performing major and minor repairs on Mercedes-Benz vans, conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance, maintaining workshop inventory and cleanliness, assisting with diagnosis and planning of repairs with the repair teams, maintaining repair records using Keyloop/Kerridge, handling warranty claims and related paperwork, and performing wheel alignments and tyre fitting. Requires Level 3 LCV repair and maintenance qualifications, diagnostic/repair experience, DVSA standards knowledge, and a current UK driving licence. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, ongoing training, and career development within a award-winning dealer group.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI Qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and maintenance
- Current, full UK driving licence
- Experience in diagnostic and service repairs on vans/LCVs
- Ability to identify worn and faulty components per DVSA standards
