Job Summary
Lead and manage all transportation functions including shuttle bus, taxi, and TMR execution across base operations and regional routes. Ensure seamless 24/7 service delivery in line with the Transportation Deployment Plan and contractual obligations while providing direction to personnel and supervisors. Optimize route planning, schedules, and resource allocation for cross-border missions in North Macedonia, Greece, Albania, Bosnia, and Bulgaria. Coordinate passenger movement, airport transfers, and mission-critical logistics while serving as the primary interface with military leadership and internal stakeholders. Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain safety compliance and budgetary control. Forecast fleet requirements, oversee maintenance coordination, and enforce operational discipline through regular training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, including leadership experience
- Proven experience managing 24/7 operations in complex, multi-site environments
- Familiarity with Transportation Movement Requests (TMRs) and deployment/logistics planning
- Working knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and operational performance tracking
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver high service levels
- Experience in safety compliance and training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
- Must have a valid vehicle driver's license and maintain its validity for the duration of employment
- Advanced in English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an advanced level
- Fluency in Albanian
- Possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cross-border logistics operations is strongly preferred
