Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicles including top brands like Mercedes, Iveco, and Ford. Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure all units meet safety and quality standards. Collaborate with a skilled team to support commercial vehicle hire customers across the UK and Ireland. This role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent, along with experience working with HGVs or LCVs and a full UK/Irish/EU manual driving licence. Candidates must pass a security check involving financial probity and basic criminality. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend shifts, competitive pay including overtime at 1.25x, and a structured 5-stage training programme leading to Master Technician level.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Experience working with HGVs or LCVs
- A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance
- The ability to pass a security check involving financial probity and basic criminality
