Job Summary
Summarize meeting minutes with action items, responsible parties, and completion dates. Present LCU tasking status, requirements, and concerns to keep the government informed of performance, cost, or financial issues while mitigating adverse impacts. Develop documentation including project, programmatic, financial analysis, tracking, scheduling, and configuration management by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data in spreadsheets. Support Government Logistics processes, coordinate transportation, and develop logistics documentation for systems logistics strategies. Organize electronic files and maintain archives of documents for programs and projects, safeguarding records and providing reference services. Maintain a Secret-level security clearance and US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two (2+) years of experience in the collection, maintenance and verification of data from diverse sources and in the structuring of fairly complex data analysis plans
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship
