Required Qualifications
- Master’s level or above with LCSW licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW)
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- fully licensed in applicable state
- able to launch or grow private practice
- in-network with Headway and access to nationwide insurance network
- experience or ability to launch private practice with insurance acceptance
- Headway platform experience or willingness to use platform to start accepting insurance
