Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed as LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW (state-specific)
- Master's degree or higher in social work (MSW)
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Ability to launch or expand private practice and accept insurance
- Must be fully licensed to practice in relevant state
