Job Summary
Remote LCSW role with Headway enabling licensed clinical social workers to launch or expand private practices by accepting insurance through Headway's nationwide network. Must be a fully licensed clinician at Master’s level or above (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance. Responsibilities include launching or growing a practice, getting in-network with insurance plans, and leveraging Headway's platform to secure higher rates and predictable bi-weekly payments while helping clients access insured care. Headway notes that it cannot support mental health professionals who aren’t fully licensed and provides guidance on starting or expanding private practice within its network.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher
