Job Summary
Part-time LCSW-R Clinical Services Coordinator conducting intakes for clinical counseling and care management, providing clinical supervision of interns, maintaining a clinical caseload, and coordinating with other entities in our continuum. Responsibilities include telehealth and in-person outpatient service provision in multiple settings (home, long-term care residences, office). Ideal candidate has experience with older adults and supervising graduate-level student interns, with collaborative interdisciplinary work to support geriatric and family wellness programming.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2 years working with older adults
