Job Summary
Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed to join CHE Behavioral Health Services’ clinician-led team. Provide therapy to adults and geriatric residents, including brief, focused sessions, initial assessments, and updated treatment plans. Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers; document sessions and plans to meet compliance and billing standards; engage with family members for scheduling and follow-ups. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM with no nights, weekends, or on-call. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually with flexible options (fee-for-service or salaried) and strong benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO/holidays, CEUs, supervision). Location: Ventura, CA (onsite at partnered facilities). This role emphasizes consistent caseload, professional collaboration, and adherence to EMR documentation practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
