Job Summary
Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) delivers brief, focused therapy to adult and geriatric residents, conducts initial assessments, updates treatment plans, and documents sessions to meet compliance and billing standards. Collaborates with nurses, rehab staff, and other providers; communicates with family members when needed; and helps plan schedules and follow-ups for the next day. The role emphasizes flexibility, stable caseload, and serving in partnered facilities with no nights, weekends, or on-call.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LCSW license
- No associate or limited licenses
