LCSW or Psychologist (Roswell, NM) – Youth Residential Program

Deliver individual and group counseling services to enrolled students while maintaining an active presence in dormitories, recreation areas, and dining facilities. Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff, providing oversight, guidance, and training for group sessions. Support student development, emotional well-being, and crisis intervention as needed, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and adherence to ethical standards. This contract position offers full-time or part-time availability up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements. Scheduling flexibility supports student engagement, including occasional afternoon or early evening hours. Located on-site in Roswell, NM, the role serves young adults ages 16–24 within a residential program focused on preparing participants for independent living and meaningful employment.
