LCSW or Psychologist (Collbran, CO) – Youth Residential Program

Deliver individual and group counseling services to enrolled students while maintaining an active presence in residential areas, dormitories, and dining facilities. Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff, providing oversight and training for group counseling sessions. Support student development, emotional well-being, and crisis intervention as needed, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and upholding all professional ethical standards. This contract position offers part-time availability up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements. Scheduling flexibility supports student engagement, including occasional afternoon or early evening hours.
