LCSW or Psychologist (Clearfield, UT) – Youth Residential Program

Deliver individual and group counseling services to enrolled students while maintaining an active presence in residential areas, dormitories, and dining facilities. Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff, providing oversight, guidance, and training for group sessions. Support student development and emotional well-being through crisis intervention as needed, ensuring accurate, timely clinical documentation. Uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards within a structured, community-based environment serving young adults ages 16–24. This contract role offers full-time or part-time availability up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements.
