Job Summary

Licensed Therapist (LPCC/LCSW) position at Bluegrass Recovery LLC offering flexible scheduling, responsible for providing clinical services to adults with mental health and substance use disorders.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current, active LPCC or LCSW license in the state of Kentucky (in good standing).
  • Experience providing therapy for substance use, trauma, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention techniques.
  • Comfort facilitating group therapy and leading psychoeducational sessions.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and Medicaid billing standards.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have current, active LPCC or LCSW license in the state of Kentucky (in good standing).
