Job Summary
Provide psychotherapy services as a licensed clinician (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to patients in nursing home facilities; field-based roles with travel to assigned geographic regions (Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma). Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities; telehealth optional; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including geriatric psychiatrists, NPs, and psychologists; participate in staff meetings, in-services, credentialing and billing support, and CEU reimbursements; comprehensive benefits and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing psychotherapy, and telehealth visits as indicated; deliver care in nursing homes and assisted living facilities; maintain EHR and participate in quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW/LPC/LMFT
- Must be licensed in Louisiana
- Must be willing to travel to nursing homes in the assigned geographic region as well as perform telehealth visits
