Job Summary
Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions while leading group therapy within the Mental Health IOP team. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor clinical activities, and make recommendations for ongoing care and discharge guidelines. Ensure compliance with quality patient care and regulatory standards. Requires Virginia LCSW or LPC licensure, a master's degree in behavioral health, and at least two years of recent outpatient counseling experience. Dual diagnosis and crisis intervention experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as an LCSW or LPC
- Able to practice within the profession per state guidelines
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
- At least 2 years of recent outpatient counseling experience
