Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive Mental Health Evaluations, establish DSM-5 diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Monitor patient progress, coordinate care with medical providers and community partners, and manage outpatient crisis assessments with safety planning. Complete timely clinical documentation and participate in case consultation and treatment team meetings. Work Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM. Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 while pursuing continuing education to ensure professional competence.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Current Montana licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Current Montana licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Current Montana Driver's License
  • Ability to pass required background screening
  • Work hours are Monday -Thursday 8AM to 5PM
  • Friday 8AM to 12:00 PM
  • Occasional evening community events or group services may be required

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations preferred
  • Experience with electronic health record systems preferred
