Job Summary
Conduct outpatient behavioral services within the clinic, managing multiple tasks under pressure while teaching staff and providing constructive feedback. Deliver clinical care to diverse age groups, maintain competency in DSM-IV diagnoses and reimbursement procedures, and apply crisis intervention and BLS skills. Serve as a positive role model for patients and staff, functioning assertively in a team environment. Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no weekends or nights. Fully licensed LCSW candidates are eligible for the sign-on bonus and free fitness membership.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work
- NC Social Work License
- fully licensed LCSW
- LCMHC
- understanding of DSM-IV diagnoses
