Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s level or higher, eligible licensure accepted (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) and a valid NPI number, is invited to launch or expand a private practice by joining Headway’s platform. The role enables in-network insurance billing, credentialing with national networks, and administrative/billing support to earn higher, more stable bi-weekly payments while delivering life-changing care. Location shown is Bismarck, ND, with on-site practice. Must be fully licensed to practice and provide mental health services in-network.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed LCSW (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW) with Master’s level licensure accepted on a state-by-state basis
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Able to launch or expand a private practice by taking insurance
- Credentialing with major networks to enable in-network billing
