Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to launch or expand a private practice using Headway’s platform. Must be fully licensed (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW) with state licensure, valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Role focuses on joining Headway’s nationwide network to take insurance, credentialing you with insurers, and handling billing/admin tasks so you can grow your practice. Headway provides access to higher reimbursement rates, in-network opportunities, and bi-weekly payments while clients check insurance coverage and receive care. Location: Everett, WA; role is full-time with Headway handling credentialing and administrative burdens to enable clinicians to focus on delivering care.
Required Qualifications
