LCSW - Hospital - Full Time

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree or higher, and eligible/licensed as LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW, is invited to join Headway’s network to launch or expand a private practice. The role emphasizes getting credentialed with the nation’s largest networks, handling billing and admin tasks, and earning higher, more stable bi-weekly payments by taking insurance. The platform facilitates private practice growth by enabling providers to credential with insurance networks, take insured clients, and focus on delivering care. Ideal candidates are fully licensed clinicians able to launch or grow their private practices, provide mental health services, and participate in in-network treatment with guidance from Headway. Location is Peoria, Illinois, with in-person practice requirements.
