Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Master’s level education or higher to join Headway’s network and launch/grow a private practice by taking insurance. The role involves credentialing with major networks, handling billing and admin tasks, and earning stabilized, higher in-network rates through Headway’s platform. Emphasis on establishing in-network status with insurance plans, leveraging Headway’s billing support, and providing life-changing mental health care to clients. Location is Seattle, WA, with an on-site, in-person practice setup.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSW licensure)
- Master's level education or higher
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Ability to credential with national networks and take insurance/in-network billing
