Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed LCSW with license types such as LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (state-based acceptance)
- Master's level education or higher in social work
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance coverage
- Ability to launch or grow a private practice
- Willingness to credential with national insurance networks
- In-network with major insurance plans
- Ability to bill and handle admin paperwork (Headway handles credentialing and billing)
