Requires full licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) and NPI; eligible to credential with nationwide networks; practice growth and insurance-credentialing support are central benefits. Location is Fargo, ND (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Clinical Social Worker with LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (state-specific)
- Master's degree or higher in social work
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Ability to launch or expand private practice
- Credentialing with insurance networks
- In-network with nationwide networks
