Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree or higher and LCSW LICSW/LCSCW licensure required. Position supports launching or expanding a private practice by enabling insurance credentialing and in-network billing through Headway’s platform, with bi-weekly payments and credentialing support to access nationwide insurance networks. Responsibilities include launching/growing practice by taking insurance, credentialing with networks, handling billing and admin tasks, and delivering client care within Headway’s network while maintaining licensure and malpractice insurance. The role requires fully licensed mental health professionals who can provide life-changing care in a private-practice setting.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed LCSW (LICSW/LCSW/LCSCW) with NPI number and malpractice insurance
- Master’s level or above in social work
- Ability to launch or grow a private practice and take insurance in-network
- Credentialing with major networks and handling billing/admin tasks
