Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) employed by Headway to provide mental health services within a hospital/private-practice integration. Responsibilities include credentialing with nationwide networks to take insurance, enabling clients to access in-network plans, managing billing and administrative tasks, and delivering life-changing care to clients while focusing on stable, higher-rate earnings through insurance reimbursement. Requires full licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW), a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Location: St. Louis, MO (onsite) as part of Headway’s network. The role supports expanding private practice with insurance-based clients and secure bi-weekly payments.
Required Qualifications
- Master's level or above with LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure
- valid NPI number

- able to launch or grow private practice
