Job Summary
LCSW - Hospital role enabling licensed clinical social workers to launch or expand a private practice via Headway’s platform, with credentialing to insurance networks, taking insurance for clients, and earning higher, predictable bi-weekly payments. Responsibilities include launching/growing a practice, credentialing with major networks, handling insurance processes, and managing billing/admin tasks so clinicians can focus on patient care. Must be fully licensed (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) with an active license, valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Location-based in Mesa, AZ; on-site role with Headway’s network support and billing assistance to maximize stable income and client access.
