Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at a hospital setting joining Headway’s platform to launch or expand a private practice. The provider must be fully licensed (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW), have a valid NPI and malpractice insurance, and will operate within Headway’s nationwide insurance network, with bi-weekly payments and streamlined client access to insured services.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed clinical social worker at Master’s level or above with LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (accepted state-by-state)
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- ability to launch or expand private practice and take insurance
- credentialing with networks to credential for insurance payers
