Job Summary
LCSW position for an ABA company offering direct clinical services to clients and families. Responsibilities include providing direct clinical services, counseling, and support to clients and families; collaborating with ABA clinicians on treatment planning and continuity of care; maintaining accurate clinical documentation; and participating in development and supervision of clinical staff as the role grows. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical assessment and counseling skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team, and leadership potential with interest in supervising clinicians. Required Qualifications
- Active LCSW license in the state of NY
- Experience in behavioral health, ABA, or related clinical settings preferred
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per day
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
