Job Summary
Conduct individual and group clinical supervision for supervisees while delivering at least 12 clinical session hours per week with clients. Manage a roster that includes evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays, with prime-time sessions from 5 pm to 9 pm. Oversee staff growth within a private practice offering holistic mental health services to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Provide individual and group consultation while maintaining a bilingual approach if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Illinois license as an LCSW with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
- Minimum of 1-3 years working in the behavioral health field as a supervisor
- Ability to work a minimum of (12) clinical session hours with clients per week
- Work hours include at least 2 evenings per week or 1 evening per week and hours on Saturday or Sunday
- Work hours include at least (8) sessions at prime time: (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Private Practice clinical experience
- Experience in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital
- Registered with CAQH and has an NPI number
- Formal Clinical Training and Experience in Play Therapy
- Formal Clinical Training and Experience in Art Therapy
- Formal Clinical Training and Experience in Dialectical and Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Formal Clinical Training and Experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Formal Clinical Training and Experience in EMDR
