LCSW Associate

LCSW Associate needed to join Rula's telehealth network of licensed providers. 1099 contractor with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Responsibilities include credentialing support to get enrolled with insurance partners, leveraging best-fit client referrals, handling private practice workflow, and providing high-quality client care from a remote setting. Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licensure (Washington) with ability to provide telehealth; dedicated administrative support will handle insurance billing, claims, EHR, and related tasks. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed pay every two weeks via direct deposit, plus payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/claims. Minimum qualifications emphasize licensure, NPI, and WA licensure; remote-work capability is required, with Dayton, OH and WA as noted locations.
