Job Summary
Join Rula as an LCSW Associate to provide behavioral health care via telehealth within a network of licensed clinicians. 1099 contractor role with no minimum caseloads and complete scheduling autonomy. Responsibilities include delivering client care while Rula handles administrative tasks such as credentialing with insurance partners, insurance billing, claims processing, and EHR support. You’ll decide your availability, receive client referrals aligned with your specialties, and work with a community focused on clinical quality and ongoing CEU opportunities. The role emphasizes private-practice style practice management, independent scheduling, and remote service delivery across Washington (and telehealth enabled in WA) with rapid enrollment support and dedicated professional resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
- Work Remotely
