Job Summary
Conduct brief 20-30 minute interventions for health and behavioral concerns in patients across pediatrics, rural health clinics, and family medicine. Develop and implement treatment plans alongside primary care providers using the Primary Care Behavioral Health model while providing on-the-fly consultation. Maintain active Montana licensure as an LCSW or LCPC and participate in weekly case consultation lunch discussions with the behavioral health team. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility in schedule; full-time or part-time positions available. No call obligation required. Required Qualifications
- LCSW or LCPC
- active Montana licensure
- ability to apply for/receive licensure prior to starting employment
- interest in or experience with brief evidence-based interventions for individuals across the full life span
- experience with team-based care
- experience with a wide variety of presenting concerns
- experience with diverse patient populations
- Flexibility in schedule
- Clinic is open and staffed Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
