LCPC/LCSW - Community Support Services (Billings, MT)

Supervise clinical programs per administrative rules and corporate policy while counseling clients one-on-one to address mental health issues. Interview clients, review records, and collaborate with supervisors and physicians to plan treatment, monitoring progress and referring families to community resources. Provide consultation and treatment services, spending time with consumers and families to assist with problem-solving and participating in treatment team meetings. Report behavioral observations to modify treatment plans and develop crisis plans with caregivers, utilizing therapeutic holds and performing First Aid or CPR as needed. Utilize the Electronic Medical Records System and attend mandatory training and staff meetings. Maintain a valid Montana Driver's License and pass background checks.
