LCLC Center Supervisor (Childcare On-Site Supervisor)

Job Summary
Oversees daily operations of a school-age childcare program, supervising staff and ensuring a safe, engaging, high-quality environment; responsible for enrollment support, family communication, partnerships with school personnel, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations. Leads program implementation, staff development, curriculum and behavior management, and customer service. Manages center records, billing, and communications; supports marketing efforts and district partnerships. Requires certifications in pediatric CPR, pediatric first aid, Medication Administration, and Iowa's mandatory reporting of child abuse; completes preservice training within 3 months and 8 hours annually thereafter. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and adherence to licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain Medication Administration Certification, pediatric CPR Certification, pediatric First Aid Training, and Iowa’s mandatory reporting of child abuse.
