Job Summary
LCL Delivery Specialist responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and leading teams through LCL operations across routing (MLC, Hub/Gateway, Co-load) and inland execution. The role involves monitoring service quality and KPIs, onboarding and coaching new team members, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, building high-performing teams, and driving process improvements, Lean initiatives, and digitalization to enhance productivity and on-time delivery. Requires strong communication, ability to identify gaps, motivate staff, and develop talent with a focus on delivering superior LCL customer quality. Fluent English and Vietnamese preferred; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in ocean freight / forwarding industry
- Bachelor's Degree in related field(s) preferred
