LCF Line Leader

Lead a team in LCF/LCF production and weld operations to ensure safety and wellbeing of associates, drive quality and productivity to meet customer demands, and lead continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local environmental health and safety procedures (Kamishibai, risk assessment, near misses, safety concerns), stopping production to correct quality problems, and supporting problem solving and tooling rationalization. Preferred experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Lotus Notes; experience in an assembly environment and strong communication and computer literacy are valued. The role is on-site in Redruth, United Kingdom, within the Cabin Air family under Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, offering a competitive hourly pay range with shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
