Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned associations, ensuring seamless efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a key advisor to community boards, officers, and members, providing strategic guidance for decision-making. Train, coach, and supervise on-site personnel while executing fiscal management tasks with precision to ensure sound financial health. Manage budgets and financial processes to drive innovation and excellence in property management. This role requires an LCAM license in Florida and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Full-time position with frequent driving and site visits to multiple communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- LCAM in the state of FL
- Driver's license
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer or attending meetings
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally, such as carrying files or office supplies
- Frequent driving
- Ability to walk or navigate community grounds for property inspections or site visits
- Ability to climb stairs or access elevated areas during community evaluations or assessments

- Proficient in accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
