Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS, then create individualized behavior intervention programs. Provide ongoing supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists, and BCBA candidates to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain client progress data. Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training while ensuring compliance with insurance expectations. Submit detailed progress reports and monthly updates to track outcomes. Requires Master's degree, current BCBA certification, valid CA driver's license, and FBI/DOJ clearance. Full-time role offers $80,000–$90,000/year with flexible scheduling; part-time positions start at $50/hr. Mileage reimbursement and free supervision CEUs are included.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel
- Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
