Job Summary
Monitor production equipment and maintain continuous output by keeping machines filled with required product. Perform pre-operation checks, operate multiple pieces of machinery, and identify issues to minimize unplanned downtime. Monitor product quality, follow standardized safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Communicate with team members to support continuous production while reducing wasted materials. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with consistent hours from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday until 3:30 PM.
