Job Summary
Conduct component placement, constraint setting, and trace routing for server motherboards, add-on cards, and backplane products. Review gerber outputs and provide documentation for CM and PCB vendors while responding to vendor engineering inquiries. Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, power, thermal, and SI engineers to ensure timely PCB design quality. Coordinate with external layout houses for timely reviews and suggestions. Maintain high-layer PCB, back drill, and HDI design expertise using Cadence Allegro.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above
- At least 10-year Server/MB/NB PCB design experience
- high layer PCB experience
- Back drill experience
- HDI experience
- high speed signal experience
- Familiar with Cadence Allegro
