Job Summary
Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products, including aircraft fueling/de-fueling, vehicle fueling, and ground support equipment refueling. Operate motorized fueling vehicles such as tank trucks and non-motorized hydrant carts while performing accurate fueling calculations. Inspect fueling equipment and vehicles, reporting malfunctions, and complete all associated documentation. Respond to fuel emergencies using emergency response carts and comply with federal, state, municipal, and carrier security requirements. Interact with carrier personnel via radios, telephones, and computers while adhering to Swissport SOPs and policies. Work in a time-sensitive, multiple shift environment across all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive, multiple shift, and team-oriented environment
- Must be dependable and able to take direction from supervisors to service the customer safely and on-time
- General math aptitude
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
