Job Summary
Manage litigation matters for individuals and organisations by providing skilled advice on business, workplace, compensation, and health and safety claims and disputes. Prioritise and support client needs through court representation, negotiation, and mediation to resolve matters and identify practical outcomes. Work with Partner George Roussos to navigate legal and factual complexity while building stakeholder relationships. This role is based in Darwin, Northern Territory, for a newly admitted lawyer or Associate with pre-admission experience.
