Job Summary
Assist clients in all areas of real estate law including residential transactions, commercial leasing, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and land development. Structure and complete complex real estate and land development transactions while providing support to other lawyers to ensure deadlines are met. Manage priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure. Requires a B. or J.D. degree, good standing with a Canadian Law Society, and six years of real estate law experience.
Required Qualifications
- B. or J.D. degree (or equivalent)
- Good standing with a Canadian Law Society
- 6+ years of real estate law experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills
- You can work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
