Job Summary
Represent the Firm in the community by participating in local activities and conducting educational seminars while maintaining strong relationships with Major Lenders, Banks, Trust Companies, and Real Estate Agents. Run your own files within the established practice area of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, including purchase, sale, and refinancing transactions. Collaborate with other associates and work independently to draft legal documents and manage corporate law files. This Associate Lawyer role focuses on career development within a growing Real Estate Law department. The successful candidate must hold a Law Society of Ontario membership in good standing and possess at least three years of experience in the specified areas.
