Job Summary
Handle a variety of litigation files, primarily defending long-term disability, life, health, and occupiers liability claims. Maintain good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to work independently within a team environment. This role is part of an expansion at a top-tier Toronto firm focused on insurance defence litigation.
Required Qualifications
- 5- 10 years of insurance defence litigation experience
- minimum of 5 years' post-call experience
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently
- ability to contribute to a team environment
- membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
