Job Summary
Conduct complex litigation and dispute resolution for mining, energy, and infrastructure clients, advising on critical land access, native title, environmental, and planning issues. Manage high-stakes matters including corporate restructuring, private trust disputes, and regulatory investigations within the Disputes and Investigations Group. Leverage strong analytical and drafting skills to support partners Marshall McKenna, Tim O'Leary, Patrick Tydde, and Lauren Shave in resolving complex commercial disputes and inquiries. Requires 2-3 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation or regulatory disputes with exposure to administrative law.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' post-admission experience
- Broad experience in commercial litigation and/or regulatory disputes
- Exceptional analytical and drafting skills
- A team-first mindset and ability to work independently when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to, or a strong interest in, native title, land access, environmental or administrative law
