Job Summary
Review and draft agreements, corporate documents, and commercial contracts to ensure regulatory compliance. Manage all aspects of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, and financings. Provide comprehensive corporate legal advice on formation, structuring, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, and annual maintenance while delivering exceptional client service through effective communication and negotiation. Requires 5+ years of post-call experience with a background advising entrepreneurs and managers.
