Job Summary
Licensed Canadian lawyer or RCIC with the ability to advise and represent clients on immigration matters. Own a book of business across practice areas (work permits, inadmissibility, family class, Express Entry, etc.), assess client situations, explain options, and guide them toward the right service. Role blends legal practice with sales and product work—advise, convert, and own the client relationship from first conversation through retainer. Collaborate with product and engineering to automate intake, qualification, and follow-up; leverage AI tools to enhance research, follow-up, and pipeline management. Fast learner with a growth mindset, comfortable operating in a high-demand environment, and able to work in hybrid/remote setups across Canada. Compensation includes base CAD 100k–180k plus uncapped commission (5% of revenue closed) and OTE CAD 160k–260k+, with flexible vacation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with a Canadian provincial or territorial law society OR Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with CICC
- Ability to advise clients on Canadian immigration matters
- Strong communication and client conversion skills
- Experience with AI-powered tools in legal contexts preferred
